Requirements:
• Must have at least 2 shipped AAA titles to your credit in the capacity of Lead Designer (seen through from concept to completion)
• Superb English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Superb management skills – ability to inspire and mentor more junior members of the Design team
• Passion for video games
